- You may use the software on the device it was activated on
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute the software or license keys
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is prohibited
3. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are made via Discord (sam5forever). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- The software fails to activate due to technical issues
- The product does not function as described
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via Discord (sam5forever).
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the software for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent the license verification system
- Share your license key with others
- Use the software to create competing products
6. License Deactivation
I reserve the right to deactivate licenses that violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to: sharing license keys, chargebacks, or misuse of the software.
7. Support
Technical support is provided via Discord (sam5forever). I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
8. Updates and Modifications
The software may be updated from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the software at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sam's FiveM Tools be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
